Great to work with. Attention to detail

I have needed new windows for years. I believe in using smaller local businesses for repair needs. I decided to go with this company after going online and looking at reviews. I’m so glad I did! Igor came out and gave us a quote after looking at the windows and measuring. Brought a trailer with an example of the windows and doors which was super great. Needed approval from association and they took care of all of that. Install day was great! Yuri and two other gentleman were here and they were amazing. Covered everything with plastic, even our carpet to not soil it. They were precise and meticulous about the job they were doing. I was so appreciative! I have two kittens and they were kind enough to change how they work to allow me to keep them in one room safely while they did the rest and did that room last. Now that is caring and was so amazing of them! I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Communication was easy and the finished job is amazing. All new windows and a sliding door. Thanks again you guys, you were all amazing and I am thankful for you!

These guys are a great outfit. Very professional and knowledgeable salesman and a respectful, quick and detailed installation crew. I made it clear that lead time was a priority for me and they turned this around very quickly. I will be calling them when we do our windows. Highly recommend.

We are so happy with our new windows and sliding patio door. The whole process from quote to installation was so easy and fast. It only took about one month from start to finish, and they handled the permit paperwork with our village. They did an amazing job! Even the inspector from our village complemented how well they did the caulking around the windows.

This company is absolutely the best. In comparison to the other quotes I received, they were very fair. The windows and door installed today are VERY nice and good quality. The crew who installed them were the nicest guys, clean and professional. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. If I could give them 6 stars, I would! I will be using them in the future.

Had 3 windows replaced to my townhome in Elk Grove IL. The process of quoting, HOA approval, installation, was done with professionalism and efficiency. Installation was fast, clean, a pleasure to work with such an efficient team. Great team and great company to work with.

Yuri, Egor, and their crew were so professional from the first interaction to the installation. They installed two sliding patio doors for us, initially I had gone with a company that under bid them but my gut told me “you get what you pay for” and I’m so happy my instinct told me I needed to call Egor back at Warm Dreams. He was able to get Yuri and his crew to my house the same day and it was finished in about 6 hours. The doors look beautiful, their quality of work is exceptional! It isn’t very often anymore that you feel like a company actually appreciates and values your business, these guys are awesome! Thank you Warm Dreams!
