Very nice work and price

I called Igor for an estimate on windows for my office. He came out for free estimate. Was right on time polite and knowledgeable. What was unusual was that he also agreed to install a patio door I had planned on doing months before but never got to. I don’t know anyone who would do that. The crew was fantastic. Excellent work above and beyond what I expected. Really neat, cleaned up everything. The trim work was really well done, everything about this experience was above my expectations. I will recommend them to anyone needing windows or doors.

Experienced and professional installation crew. Very thorough, cleaned up after they were done. Very happy with our new door. We couldn't have chosen a better company for our door replacement. We won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you Warm Dreams.

Just had my sliding glass doors and 5 windows replaced by Warm Dreams. I have to say, I’m impressed! Workmen were respectful, polite, on time and hard-working. I received quotes from four different companies and Igor with Warm Dreams was definitely reasonable in price and who I trusted the most. It’s nice to feel that you’re not getting taken advantage of. I plan to do more projects with them next year! Give them call, you won’t be disappointed.

They did an amazing job on replacing my front window. I was worried since I have an older home and a stucco exterior but it looks perfect! Even the outside color matches perfectly with my home. As soon as I scheduled they took care of the permit within 2 days with the city of Elgin and was even able to get me in almost a month ahead of my scheduled date to put in the window. I highly recommend. Thank you!

Warm Dreams installed 2 large window on the 2nd floor of our house and did a fantastic job. Competitive price, quality window, professionally installed I couldn’t ask for more. All the guys were great on work with. Highly recommended!!

We had an exceptional experience, nine windows were replaced in one day. Everything from the initial consult to the install day was flawless. They were very polite and clean, checked in half way through to make sure everything was going ok. The price was very fair and we would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you to Igor and his team.

Had all my windows and entry doors replaced. Happy with the pricing and the install. They did a great job and handled all the paperwork with my hoa and the permit from the city. I just had to sit back and let them take care of everything. Would recommend to anyone

They showed up when they said they would, installed the door and cleaned up before they left! Super seamless

Easiest company to work with. Beautiful solid products. Installation was amazing. No pushy people just straight forward estimates and honest service. Igor and his team are highly recommended!

This team did a fantastic job. They were quick, efficient and very respectable. I am very happy with my new sliding glass door.

We were extremely happy using Warm Dreams to install our new windows. There was no pressure when giving the estimate. Egor gave us a fair price and we accepted it. He did not play games by quoting high then offering discount if you sign up that day like other companies we have dealt with. Everything was smooth and easy. His workers worked very hard and cleaned up everything very well when done. We highly recommend this company for anyone looking for a fair price without playing the sales games. Everyone was very nice and pleasant to work with .

Honestly, nothing but respect to Igor and his crew. You won't find a more honest and trustworthy contractor for your windows and doors.

I had my front door replaced today and I couldn’t be happier. It looks amazing and the guys who installed it were very professional. You can’t go wrong with this company.

Quick to quote and professional installation. They took care of the permit, the ordering, and the installation. Will use again.

Igor and his team were amazing. From coming to our house and explaining the different products (he has an awesome demo trailer) to answering all our question. He understood that this was a major cost for our family and never pressured us or used aggressive tactics. His quote was clear and was reasonable, no surprise costs. When it came to installation his team was amazing. They were able to install a few weeks early and finished faster than quoted. We had a bay window they needed to be rebuilt. The window had original wood work that my wife was nervous about losing, his team did such an amazing job rebuilding it that it looks better than before. The craftsman’s ship of his team is second to none. They paid attention to all the small details, even washing the windows at the end so they were spotless. I cannot recommend warm Dreams enough. You will not be disappointed if you use them.

I am extremely impressed with Warm Dreams! From beginning to end, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Their communication was excellent, and every member of the team was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. We replaced all the windows in our home, along with a new sliding glass door, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. Not only did everything look amazing, but their price was also the best of the three quotes we received. I highly recommend Warm Dreams to anyone looking for high-quality windows, competitive pricing, and outstanding customer service!

We had an excellent experience with Warm Dreams from start to finish. They installed our new front door, storm door, and a dog door in the back, and everything turned out great. The team was professional, respectful of our home, and left everything clean when they were finished. The quality of the workmanship really stood out—the finishes were done well, everything was properly insulated, and you could tell they take pride in their work. I especially want to thank Yuri and his team for how quickly and efficiently they completed the job. Igor was also fantastic to work with. He took the time to explain all of the materials and options and even brought a truck with full-size samples and displays, which made it much easier to visualize the final result and feel confident in our decisions. Overall, we’re extremely happy with the experience. If you’re looking for honest people who do quality work at a fair price, I would absolutely recommend Warm Dreams.

Great communication from start to finish. Team was efficient & professional during installation. Overall very happy with our experience & end result.

Front door, and storm door replaced. They also removed a very difficult/fragile crown and fixed a leak. Two years later no water at all entering the house and I removed the insulation in the walls below to inspect. The doors are beautiful and fit exact. These people are simply the best at getting the job done correctly. They communicate great and there are no surprises.
