Igor and his team were amazing. From coming to our house and explaining the different products (he has an awesome demo trailer) to answering all our question. He understood that this was a major cost for our family and never pressured us or used aggressive tactics. His quote was clear and was reasonable, no surprise costs. When it came to installation his team was amazing. They were able to install a few weeks early and finished faster than quoted. We had a bay window they needed to be rebuilt. The window had original wood work that my wife was nervous about losing, his team did such an amazing job rebuilding it that it looks better than before. The craftsman’s ship of his team is second to none. They paid attention to all the small details, even washing the windows at the end so they were spotless. I cannot recommend warm Dreams enough. You will not be disappointed if you use them.

We had an excellent experience with Warm Dreams from start to finish. They installed our new front door, storm door, and a dog door in the back, and everything turned out great. The team was professional, respectful of our home, and left everything clean when they were finished. The quality of the workmanship really stood out—the finishes were done well, everything was properly insulated, and you could tell they take pride in their work. I especially want to thank Yuri and his team for how quickly and efficiently they completed the job. Igor was also fantastic to work with. He took the time to explain all of the materials and options and even brought a truck with full-size samples and displays, which made it much easier to visualize the final result and feel confident in our decisions. Front door, and storm door replaced. They also removed a very difficult/fragile crown and fixed a leak. Two years later no water at all entering the house and I removed the insulation in the walls below to inspect. The doors are beautiful and fit exact. These people are simply the best at getting the job done correctly. They communicate great and there are no surprises.

Replacing a sliding glass door is a big deal-We have used the "big guys" for windows-no problem-but this time I shopped local and found Igor and his team, from the first meeting, through the install we were impressed-he handled everything-including the HOA process, village permits etc.-he did everything-great communication. We love our door-modern, has a key lock on the outside, as well as a floor lock inside-smooth and quiet! Thank you so much Igor and team!! Highly recommend this company!

What an absolutely wonderful place to get all your work does and doors! From the first time we met the owner and he came to our house with his showroom on wheels we were sold. The day has finally come for installation and the three guys made it seem like they have been doing this for years. They made sure to cover all surfaces, walked me through what they were doing each time, took their time, doubled checked all their work and cleaned up 100% after themselves in each bedroom. WarmDreams is a fantastic company. They are by far the most responsive, knowledgeable and efficient in every regard. From my first phone call to them requesting a quote through the completed installation of the 2 sets of sliding glass doors they have just completed for me. Igor, the “no pressure salesman” was thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. His quoted price was solid and with no surprises. Purchased a new front door and replaced my Back sliding glass door. Every step of the process was great from sales to the installers. Everyone was professional and did a great job, highly satisfied.
