This company is absolutely the best. In comparison to the other quotes I received, they were very fair. The windows and door installed today are VERY nice and good quality. The crew who installed them were the nicest guys, clean and professional. I would 100% recommend them to anyone. If I could give them 6 stars, I would! I will be using them in the future.

Had 3 windows replaced to my townhome in Elk Grove IL. The process of quoting, HOA approval, installation, was done with professionalism and efficiency. Installation was fast, clean, a pleasure to work with such an efficient team. Great team and great company to work with.

Yuri, Egor, and their crew were so professional from the first interaction to the installation. They installed two sliding patio doors for us, initially I had gone with a company that under bid them but my gut told me “you get what you pay for” and I’m so happy my instinct told me I needed to call Egor back at Warm Dreams. He was able to get Yuri and his crew to my house the same day and it was finished in about 6 hours. The doors look beautiful, their quality of work is exceptional! It isn’t very often anymore that you feel like a company actually appreciates and values your business, these guys are awesome! Thank you Warm Dreams! Solid 5 star for this company and these guys. The assessment and quoting process was straightforward with no aggressive nor deceptive sales tactics, they take the “we work for you” approach which makes it easier to sort through the various product/window options and make a decision. Quality of work seems solid upon completion and they insisted that they are a text or phone call away for service and/or warranty work.
