This one-of-a-kind French Provincial single-family home in Deerfield, Illinois, built in 1937, is full of character — arched doorways, a stone-and-brick front facade, and a spacious family room crowned by a vaulted ceiling.
WarmDreams completed a full replacement of 29 windows throughout the home, including all of the panoramic windows in the family room and the family room patio door that opens onto the backyard. Every unit was finished in an anthracite/coal exterior to complement the home's classic masonry and the horizontal siding on the rear facade, with a clean white interior that keeps the rooms bright and timeless.
The result honors the original 1937 architecture while delivering modern energy efficiency, comfort, and sweeping, unobstructed views of the beautiful yard from the vaulted family room.
