From beginning to end of project exceptional! I did my due diligence as a home owner and received 3 other quotes for a patio sliding door replacement. My first 2 quotes were from "leading" national brands. Both vendors came with no samples, one came with a computer to show me what I already had seen on the website. The other vendor just talked about their product, installation process, etc. Neither left me a breakdown of cost, just an extremely high $ quote for a product I couldn't see. I was not impressed and continued to use my failing door. Then an ad popped up on fb , I bit, I clicked, liked what I read and called for a quote. WOW, so glad I took the chance. Igor called promptly, scheduled a day to meet and when he showed up I could not have been more impressed. Based on our earlier conversation he already new what I was looking for and came prepared. No paper pamphlet, no computer screen but physical displays. A thorough explanation of materials used, the benefits of those materials and the process of installation.. I moved forward with Warm Dreams and weeks later I had a new door being installed. As if the sales pitch wasn't enough, the service was top notch. Yuri showed up on schedule, gave me a run down of the days work and began the work with another professional gentleman. These 2 men had everything installed and cleaned up in 2.5 hours!!!! By the way, I forgot to mention, my previous quotes from those National vendors quoted 8 hours of work x2 people. Well I guess that is why my original quote was more than double that of Warm Dreams. If your thinking of replacing windows/ doors don't waste your time, go straight to Warm Dreams they were truly awesome!

Great company! Their team of three, replaced the windows in our entire house, including the rear sliding door. Very professional, clean, covered everything with plastic cleaned up after themselves and did quality work. Great price compared to the big names like Pella and Anderson. And they use the same supplier. Highly satisfied. Would recommend!

I have needed new windows for years. I believe in using smaller local businesses for repair needs. I decided to go with this company after going online and looking at reviews. I’m so glad I did! Igor came out and gave us a quote after looking at the windows and measuring. Brought a trailer with an example of the windows and doors which was super great. Needed approval from association and they took care of all of that. Install day was great! Yuri and two other gentleman were here and they were amazing. Covered everything with plastic, even our carpet to not soil it. They were precise and meticulous about the job they were doing. I was so appreciative! I have two kittens and they were kind enough to change how they work to allow me to keep them in one room safely while they did the rest and did that room last. Now that is caring and was so amazing of them! I would recommend them in a heartbeat! Communication was easy and the finished job is amazing. All new windows and a sliding door.
